    Who we are

The AI Orchestrators runs this website, theorchestrators.ai. We are based in Australia. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

    What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, take an assessment, or unlock a guide, we collect what you type: usually your name, email address, and your answers. We only ask for what we need to give you the result or content you requested.

Information collected automatically. We record anonymous usage events: pages viewed, quiz steps completed, and similar actions. These are tied to a random identifier, not your name. We do not store your IP address against your activity.

    Cookies

We set two first-party cookies of our own:

    • aio_anon: a random anonymous ID that lets us understand how the site is used. It lasts about 13 months.
    • aio_sid: a short-lived session ID that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Third-party tools we use (listed below) may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

    Third-party tools

We use a small set of tools to understand traffic and run advertising:

    • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (traffic measurement)
    • Meta Pixel (advertising measurement)
    • Microsoft Clarity (usage patterns and session insights)

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. None of them receive your quiz answers or form contents from us.

    How we use your information

    • To deliver the result, guide, or content you asked for
    • To follow up when you have asked us to, or when you have taken an assessment and a follow-up is relevant to your result
    • To understand which pages and tools are useful, so we can improve them
    • To measure advertising performance

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

    Where your information lives

Form submissions and lead details are stored in our customer relationship system and our own database. Anonymous usage events are stored in our own database. Both are hosted with reputable providers that encrypt data in transit and at rest.

    How long we keep it

We keep lead and contact details while there is an active relationship or a genuine prospect of one. We keep anonymous usage data for analysis. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time.

    Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Australian visitors have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). UK and EU visitors have rights under the UK and EU GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. To exercise any of these, email james@theorchestrators.ai and tell us what you need. We respond to every request.

    Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
