Add an autonomous agent like OpenClaw or Hermes only if you are technical and will secure it. Claude Code runs in a controlled, sandboxed environment and a non-technical founder can stand up a custom delivery system in days. The open-source agents are impressive, but impressive is not the same as right for a business that cannot afford a data leak.
